Nancy Bowerbank

General Sales Manager, Member Reinhart Charitable Foundation

Nancy Bowerbank is a lifelong resident of the Ann Arbor community and has been a licensed Realtor/Broker since 1997.  She has worked her entire career at Reinhart, beginning as a licensed agent, then as a branch manager, and finally becoming Reinhart’s General Manager in 2022. Her passion for the business of real estate, coupled with her aptitude for helping and serving others, has allowed her to lead and support not only Reinhart’s agents, but many local charities which the company champions through the Reinhart Charitable Foundation.  

Nancy has been a member of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors since 1997.   Nancy holds a number of Real Estate Designations and Board appointments, and is a certified instructor of the Real Estate One Academy, authorized to teach the state-mandated 40-hour pre-licensing class. In addition, Nancy most recently completed the Commitment to Excellence certification through NAR.
